By using Capsulae you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
What Capsulae is
Capsulae reads the public catalogues of independent designers and lets you keep pieces in a Capsule, follow other people, and talk to them. We do not sell anything. Every purchase happens on the designer's own website, under their terms, and prices and availability belong to them. We show what their shop publishes; it can be wrong or out of date, and a piece can sell out between the moment you see it and the moment you click.
Your account
You need to be at least 13. Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.
What you post
What you write, the photos you add and the messages you send remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app can work — to the people you allow to see them, and to no one else.
There is zero tolerance for abusive content. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates someone else, and do not post someone else's photographs without their permission. Every post can be reported from the app, and every account can be blocked. We look at reports and act within 24 hours, which may mean removing content or removing an account, without notice.
Designers' names and images
Brand names, product names and photographs belong to the designers. They appear here to point you to what they publish, in the way a shop window does. If you are a brand and would rather not appear, write to us and we will remove you.
What we do not promise
The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that a price is right, that a shop is reachable, or that nothing will ever break. We are not responsible for what happens on a designer's website, and not liable for indirect damages — nothing here removes rights the law gives you.
Changes and ending
We may change these terms; the date above says when. If a change matters, the app will say so. You can stop using Capsulae whenever you want by deleting your account. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
